All products are non-returnable. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out to us at olognofficial@gmail.com with relevant proof within 48 hours of receiving the order. Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup and resolve it for you.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned order, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to complete the transaction.
